Abstract

This sanitized enterprise case study presents a multi-tier Microsoft 365 backup architecture combining a four-node Cohesity DataProtect environment, a controlled Windows recovery connector, Veritas NetBackup MSDP, and LTO-9 long-term retention. The implementation validates Microsoft 365 protection, Exchange Online PST recovery, application-level content access in Outlook, secondary disk backup, and tape duplication while identifying the remaining tests required for production readiness.
